Rachel is a London and New-York based actor, and co-founder of Wild Pursuit. Rachel’s first love is the theatre where the audience are active collaborators: “The chemistry that occurs between us, the shared experience is the thrill and drive at the heart of Wild Pursuit.”

Al is a co-founder of Wild Pursuit Theatre. Much of the first part of his career was spent with Edward Hall’s all male Shakespeare company, Propeller. This involved tours that circled the globe from Newbury to China, via residencies at The Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York and London’s Old Vic. The experience instilled in him a love of ensemble theatre, powered by collaborative and imaginative story telling.

Al is an experienced voice over artist, including having voiced numerous campaigns for Volkswagen.

Liz trained at the Arts Educational Schools. Her extensive and varied career, spanning theatre, musical theatre, TV and Film, began at the Glasgow Citizens Theatre in the Gorbals. She then went on to spend a glamorous year Stateside under contract to MGM in the biggest stage show in the world, Hello Hollywood Hello! More recently Liz played Pam Stubbs in Glitch, (a drama about the Post Office scandal) at The Minghella Studios for Rabble Theatre.

Sally Hughes is Artistic Director of The Mill at Sonning Theatre in Oxfordshire, where this production of STILL LIFE was first performed in The Mill’s Waterwheel Bar.

In 1994 she took over as Artistic Director of The Mill which has continued to operate as a commercial theatre since it opened in 1982. The Mill frequently punches above it’s weight and in recent years has garnered five star national reviews for its musicals, including Gypsy, which won the UK Theatre Award for Best Musical in 2024.

Sally is also a director and actor. Productions she has directed include THE RAINMAKER, STEPPING OUT, FRENCH WITHOUT TEARS, A PIECE OF CAKE, ENCHANTED APRIL, CALENDAR GIRLS, PASTIMES (National Tour), BAREFOOT IN THE PARK (Jermyn Street Theatre) and many more.

She graduated from the Webber Douglas Academy and was first employed as an actress in COMING OF AGE (National Tour); ARE YOU NOW OR HAVE YOU EVER BEEN? Andrea originally trained as an actress, winning the coveted Guildhall School of Music and Drama Acting Gold Medal. She went on to appear in many onstage roles, including working alongside Derek Jacobi in Kean at the Old Vic.

But the call of backstage was too strong, and for the last 35 years Andrea has been a Stage Manager in the West End and regionally. Shows include The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Starlight Express, The Rocky Horror Show and many more plays and musicals. For 18 years she was the Presenters Stage Manager for the Olivier Awards. She has done seasons at Garsington Opera and is a Technical team mentor at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. For eight years she ran an Arts Centre Venue in Buckinghamshire and most recently was the resident Deputy Stage Manager at the Mill at Sonning.

Graham trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts in Technical Theatre, and has been creating soundscapes for theatre productions ever since. He is Technical Manager at the Mill at Sonning, where he has had the pleasure of recording and compiling all the music, SFX and voice-overs for the in-house productions, capturing such voices as Brian Blessed and Debbie McGee.  

He is at present recording his fourth audio play for La Bonne Crepe Productions, adding to plays like The Game Goes On and Revenge of the Atomic Zombie Things from Hell.

The soundscape for Still Life was created with the assistance of Henry Horn.

Max Marchment is the Co-Company Director of Industrial Sound Light & Stage, through which he has become Head of Sound and now Technical Director for Fundamentally Dance.

Max works across a variety of projects ranging from Theatre, Dance, Live Music, Film, Event and Outside Broadcast. His recent credits include Associate Sound Designer for Wilko: Love And Death and Rock N Roll, Associate Sound Designer for Ruth: A Noir Musical, Senior Audio Engineer for the BAFTA’S 2026 Red Carpet Hologram Experience, and A2 on the Paris Olympics 2024 Opening Ceremony.

Max is now set to make his solo creative debut in September 2026 as Sound Designer and Technical Director for The Brown Suite, an unmissable dance-theatre experience to the sound of James Brown, touring both national and international venues.

Samuel is Co-Company Director of Industrial Sound Light & Stage. He has worked in the industry as a Sound Engineer, Stage Manager and Lighting Technician on productions such as Ballet Nights, Live Odyssey, Wilko: Love and Death and Rock 'n Roll, Ruth: A Noir Musical, The FA Cup, and many more. He also takes on Producing, Sound Design and Crew contributions for Film and TV.

Samuel now looks toward the release of his short film, Unto the Mouth of Hell, a medieval horror, and Stage Management role on the large scale touring production of The Brown Suite.
